JS ENERGY, founded in April 2013 in Seoul, has been implementing
a triangular strategy of Cathode materials, precursor,
and resource recycling to complete the value chain.

On December 11, 2020, the company signed an investment agreement
with Chungcheongbuk-do and Chungju-si, and is currently engaged in
the Research & Development, manufacturing, and sales of ternary cathode materials.

By the end of 2025, with the completion of the third phase of the process,
the company will have a production capacity of 100,000 tons of ternary cathode materials
and 20,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate at a single factory.

The factory is equipped and operating a carbon emission reduction
system through solar power generation and an emission treatment system
          to reduce local water pollution.

On a global scale, to build a new material supply platform for enhancing
customer value, the company established a subsidiary in the U.S. in November 2023
and a subsidiary in Europe in March 2024, where a factory is currently
          under construction.

Additionally, in the near future, the company plans to supply cathode materials, lithium iron phosphate,
and other new materials for electric vehicles and other transportation methods in emerging markets such as India,
          Indonesia, and South America.

Domestically, JS ENERGY is contributing to the replacement
of imported cathode materials, which account for 50% of South Korea's
secondary battery industry, while also boosting employment through job creation
and revitalizing the local economy through supply chain development.
